Refund & Ticket Policy

All ticket sales & Author Table Fees for Southern Hearts & Signed Kisses are final.

By purchasing a ticket or table (vendor or author), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Email us at southernheartsandsignedkisses@gmail.com - if your question has not been answered below. Allow up to 72 hours for a response, thank you! 

Refund Policy - No Refunds

Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Travel issues

  • Weather concerns

  • Personal emergencies

  • Changes in availability or preference

All funds from ticket sales are immediately allocated to event planning, venue commitments, and contracted services; therefore, refunds cannot be accommodated.

Ticket Transfers

Can’t attend Southern Hearts? You may transfer your ticket to someone else.

If you already have someone in mind, they do not need to be a member of the Southern Hearts Reader Group. If you need help finding someone, you may post your available ticket inside the group and choose the recipient yourself.

Once you have selected someone, the original ticket purchaser must complete the official transfer form with the new attendee’s full name and email address.

Please remember:

  • Transfers must be submitted by the original purchaser.

  • Tickets may not be sold above the original purchase price.

  • Southern Hearts does not handle private payments.

  • Transfers are final once completed.

  • The transfer is not official until confirmation is sent by Southern Hearts.

  • All transfer requests must be submitted by September 15, 2026.

Event Changes

Southern Hearts & Signed Kisses reserves the right to:

  • Adjust event programming

  • Change schedules, speakers, or venue layout

  • Modify or substitute planned activities

Such changes do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Event Cancellation

If, for reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, venue closure, public safety concerns), the event must be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, attendees will be notified immediately.
In such rare cases, Southern Hearts & Signed Kisses will determine whether:

  • Tickets will be honored for the new date or

  • Credit will be issued toward a future event.

Refunds are not guaranteed even in cancellation scenarios unless required by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Southern Hearts & Signed Kisses Refund & Ticket Policy in full.
